Explore the Côte de Nuits vineyards—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—by bike.
This easy self-guided tour does not include a guide, but you’ll have the help of a GPS app (downloadable after booking) and a road book. The itinerary includes biking, sightseeing, wine tastings, and dining along the Grands Crus route !

This ride between Dijon and Nuits-Saint-Georges winds through the most prestigious appellations of the Côte de Nuits—it’s no coincidence that the route you’ll be taking is also known as the “Champs-Élysées of Burgundy.”

From our agency, located right in the heart of Dijon’s historic city center and close to the train station, you’ll be provided with your bike, helmet, road book, GPS app (very easy to use), and your return train ticket.

Let the adventure begin! Once you leave Dijon via a bike path, you’ll arrive at Château de Marsannay in the heart of the vineyards for a tasting tour featuring six wines.

Next, a succession of world-famous names will unfold as you pedal along. Gevrey-Chambertin marks the start of the 28 Grand Cru plots you’ll pass through—and Burgundy has only 33 in total!

Morey-Saint-Denis, then Chambolle-Musigny—an appellation often associated with the elegant, feminine red wines of the Côte de Nuits. Here, you’ll enjoy lunch at a restaurant serving traditional, refined cuisine.
Your tour continues, and to help your meal settle, you can make a short stop at the iconic Château du Clos de Vougeot, the cradle of Burgundy wines.
But that’s not all—your pilgrimage takes you past La Romanée-Conti, the DRC estate, quite simply the vineyard plot that produces the most prestigious wine in the world! Just a few more kilometers through the vineyards on a bike path will take you to Nuits-Saint-Georges for your final winery tour and tasting of four wines.
Your day of cycling will end with a train ride back to Dijon.

This is a private tour; you’ll have complete freedom to explore, and we can tailor the itinerary to your specific desires and needs.
